Cobiax bi-axial voided slab is an innovative slab system which allows the reduction of unnecessary dead load through the introduction of recycled plastic void formers into the concrete slab. By reducing the weight of the slab, it allows wider spans between columns and the removal of beams and drop panels.
No special concrete mix , concrete slump is needed for the casting of Cobiax slabs.
