7. Permeability determination (constant head and falling head methods)
8. Determination of shear strength parameters.
i) Direct shear test on cohesionless soil
ii) Unconfined compression test on cohesive soil
iii) Triaxial compression test
9. One dimensional consolidation test (determination of coefficient of consolidation
only)
