Overall purpose of the role

To work with project staff to assist in the construction of infrastructure (primarily for sanitation needs) from start to finish including the compilation of necessary documentation for ITFT EDUCATION GROUP, other associated organizations and government departments.

Responsibilities:

•              Survey villages for the preparation of plan estimates, drawings and designs for the construction of a piped water supply system, toilets, bathrooms and school buildings

•              Work with project coordinator to submit plan estimates in order to ensure the approval from government departments and ITFT EDUCATION GROUP

•              To support field staff by providing technical guidance for the construction and maintenance of infrastructure

•              After completion of work, undertake checks and measurements on construction of work to prepare claim bills and measurement books to submit to the government for reimbursement

•              Ensure all work and materials are in accordance with guidelines laid down by the government

•              Work with project accountant and coordinator to ensure that all expenses are properly recorded and accounting procedures followed

Requirements: 

•              BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering is essential

•              Minimum of 1 years experience in construction is essential(Fresher Can Apply)

•              Strong team player to work effectively with project coordinator and field staff

•              Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in both Oriya (state language)/Hindi and English

Salary: Rs.18000/-  To Rs.22000/- + TA+DA with Fooding

Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 26 years as on 01-January-2015
