•A Drilling manager is required to run operations, costs, schedules, designs, engineering
•Direct enactment of the Operator’s drilling programs and manage Company’s resources being applied to the drilling activities at site so as to achieve safe, efficient and effective operations. Conduct, together with the Operator’s representatives, timely reviews of the drilling or work-over program
•Lead and develop a team of dedicated employees who deals with daily drilling and work-over activities.
•Responsible for drilling safety, budgeting, well planning and future development plans.
Involve in building an extensive knowledge base through the Well Services and Technology Group with the aim of improving well performance and completion lifetime.
•Develop local employees to meet international standards in alignment company standards.
•Training and mentoring is therefore an important part of the responsibility of the Drilling Manager . In light of this objective, an understanding for cultural differences and previous experience in mentoring is considered an advantage.
•Engineering degree or other higher technical educational background.
