- Min 15 years of post qualification experience
- Large leadership experience covering all phases of construction (reviewing design and bidding documents, soliciting, receiving, and evaluating contractor bids, supervising construction progress and scheduling, supervising field staff on site with responsibility for monitoring construction in accordance with project plans and specifications –preferably as Senior Resident Engineer/Resident Engineer/Project Executive etc)
- Professional Civil/Structural/Construction Management/ Architectural /Related Degree
- Experience in large value projects
- - Chartered Status highly desirable
- Previous Middle East experience not essential
- Competitive package offered.
